SWPA’s ability to secure meeting space depends on its members staying at the conference hotel. This is one way we are able to keep conference rates significantly lower than those of other organizations. If you are attending the conference, please support our organization by staying in the conference hotel and keeping your reservation.

SWPA thanks you for booking your hotel room for SWPA 2026 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Frisco Hotel & Convention Center, as we have contractual obligations with the hotel to meet our room commitment!
Rates are $184.33 for a King-bed suite or a Double Queen-bed suite.

AMENITIES: Complimentary Wifi in the guestrooms. Complimentary made-to-order breakfast every day. A complimentary evening reception (with a charge for drinks) is offered every day.
