SWPA’s ability to secure meeting space depends on its members staying at the conference hotel. This is one way we are able to keep conference rates much lower than other organizations. If you are attending the conference, please support our organization by staying in the conference hotel and keeping your reservation.

PLEASE NOTE
The Embassy Suites has rooms available on certain nights over the conference dates. If you are not seeing the group rates of $155 + taxes per night that means the nights you are trying to book are sold out.
You can now book rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn which is a short walk away from the Embassy Suites.

Please book your hotel room for SWPA 2023 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Frisco Hotel & Convention Center. Rates are $155 for a King bed suite or a Double/Double suite.
SWPA respectfully requests that you book our conference hotel as we have contractual obligations with the hotel to meet our room commitment.
PARKING INFORMATION: There will be a charge of $5.00 for guest's overnight self-parking; and a $5.00 charge for your attendees who are not staying at the hotel. Valet parking is available for $20.00 per day.
NOTE: While the hotel will quote a rate of $18 dollars per day for overnight self-parking, at checkout a discount will be applied, reducing the parking fee to $5 per day.
